Welcome to SELARA REGALIA! Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions about shopping with us. If you still need help, feel free to contact us, we  are here for you. 

Orders & Shopping 

How do I place an order? Simply browse our website, select your preferred item(s), choose your size, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed? We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after confirmation. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need help. 

Do you have a physical store I can visit? Yes! We have walk-in stores in Lagos, At 9 Fola Osibo Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Shipping & Delivery 

How long does delivery take? 

Lagos:  1–2 working days
Other parts of Nigeria:  2–4 working days
International orders:  3–7 working days 

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or sale periods. We  will always keep you informed. 

How much is shipping? Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer competitive domestic and international rates. 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s customs regulations. SELARA REGALIA is not responsible for these additional charges. 

How can I track my order? You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account to view order status. 

 

Returns & Refunds 

What is your return policy? You may return any unused, unworn item (with tags and original packaging) within 7 days of receipt. 

How do I initiate  a return?  Email us at selaralifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps. 

Do you offer exchanges? We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style. 

Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or faulty. 

Are all items returnable? Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal goods (e.g. beauty items) are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy  for full details.
